Insurance / Claims Management Officer (m/f/d)

In the Insurance and Damage Management department in our management in Düsseldorf, you support your future team with the following tasks: Management, development and monitoring of service providers in the area of insurance & damage Responsibility for performing defined control actions and ensuring compliance Creation and maintenance of procedural instructions, performance certificates, standard operating procedures and schedules Responsible participation in projects Creation, maintenance and updating of contract documents, AKB, advertising flyers and product information sheets as well as management of your own internal insurance deriving sound recommendations for action and responsibilities for their implementation and ensuring defined standards Support of departmental and departmental management for technical and organisational issues as specified

Successfully completed commercial training – as an insurance businessman (w/m/d) Alternatively: Business studies or relevant professional practice Experience in services and project management Good analytical skills and good numerical understanding Excellent communication skills in German and English (C1 level) in word and writing Sovereign handling of the MS Office package
