Here you are As part of your activity, you support our team in the operational staff work for both domestic and foreign Your tasks include the creation of general, personal-relevant documents and documents such as employment contracts, assignment letters and certificates You provide personal master data in our relevant personnel systems. You prepare the monthly onboarding of new colleagues and help them with administrative questions You keep templates up-to-date and support colleagues in the documentation and digitization of personal business processes

That's what you bring You are a registered student of an economic study, ideally focusing on human resources management, labour law or psychology. In dealing with the current MS Office programs, you are routined, especially Word and Excel are not a new country for you. A good way of expression in word and writing, both in German and in English, distinguishes you. You convince with a quick understanding and enjoy thinking into new questions. Your profile is rounded off by an open, communicative, quality-conscious and detailed procedure.
