Description

• As a project manager, you take responsibility for the global control and implementation of service processes within the framework of the SAP S/4 HANA Carve-Out projects.
• They act as a central interface between service teams, IT departments and external partners to ensure the seamless transition of service processes into the new system landscape.
• Together with the departments, you develop strategic and operational solutions for the service organisations in the HC division
• You define and monitor the service processes, governance models and IT solutions for the transition to S/4 HANA.
• They coordinate global teams and work closely with management, implementation partners and IT experts to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications

• Education: Completed (specialized)higher education in the field of computer science, business informatics, business administration or comparable
• Experiences and know-how: Multiannual experience in global service projects/processes, sound knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Service Cloud and SAP FSM, experience in the migration and implementation and redesign of service processes within the framework, experience in cooperation with international teams, implementation partners and external service providers
• Personality and working methods: You are able to communicate complex facts in a comprehensible way and document all relevant information precisely, so you can confidently perform, streamline discussions and adapt flexibly to new requirements; also in stressful situations You have a cool head, analyze problems strategically and think forward-looking
• Enthusiasm: They inspire the service organizations with state-of-the-art processes
• Working day: Your working day is exciting, varied. A healthy pragmatism is just as important as the precise planning of the time available for the projects.
• Languages: very good German and English in word and writing
