Project Lead Pricing (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for reinforcement for our pricing team: as a link between strategy and operational implementation, you are the driving force that translates strategic visions into clear projects, calls for concrete roadmaps into life and continues to lead them to measurable success with an analytical sense of shame.

Project management: Operational implementation of small and large projects as a driving force and ensuring a timely and high-quality implementation by monitoring the critical path and early identification of blockers

Analytics & Optimization: Controlling the further development of some analytical products

Interface Management: Considering different interests and address-oriented communication of successes and progress across different organisational levels

Discovery & Conception: Translation of management tasks, vision and strategies - but also technical challenges - into concrete projects with a roadmap, tangible work packages and measurable milestones

Delivery Strength & Self-Organization: Independent End-to-End Control of Initiatives from the First Concept to the Successful Rollout

Education: Successfully completed studies in International Management, Economics or a comparable degree programme

Professional experience:More than 3 years relevant experience in project management, consulting, product management or pricing in trade or a similar environment

Analysis: Embossed Analytical and Conceptual Skills and a Quick Understanding for Complex Facts and Data Processes

Operation: High level of autonomy, organizational skills and a solution-oriented hands-on mentality in building new structures

Communication: Clear and target-group-oriented communication at the operational level, at tech/data interfaces and with management

Storylining: talent for easy and appealing preparation of complex topics based on clear storylines

Stakeholder Management: Valuable management of different contact persons: across country boundaries and the ability to create enthusiasm and commitment for their own topics

Team spirit: Great joy in cooperation in cross-functional teams

Language knowledge: German knowledge on at least C1 level and English knowledge on at least B2 level

That would be a plus:

IT know-how: First experiences in dealing with SQL or database technologies such as snowflake or databricks
