Energy Contract Manager (m/f/d) in Renewable Energies

Contract Management & Renegotiation: You oversee existing PPAs and other commercial agreements, ensure full compliance, manage claims, and engage in clause renegotiations in close coordination with the Legal team. Stakeholder Engagement: You act as a key point of contact for selected external partners and cooperating closely with internal teams such as Legal, Project Finance, Corporate Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless contract execution. Performance Reporting: You develop and present regular performance reports, using data analytics to monitor contract outcomes and inform strategic decisions. Collaboration on New PPAs: You work with originators to prepare competitive offers and pricing for new acquisitions and initiatives aimed to enhance commercial and regulatory terms. Market Analysis & Commercial Insights: You support market analysis efforts, provide insights that shape pricing strategies, and contribute to well-informed commercial decisions.

Academic Background: You hold a degree in business administration, law, economics, engineering, or a comparable field and bring a solid foundation for commercial and analytical work. Professional Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in an analytical or commercial role within energy trading, energy sales, or energy procurement, ideally with a focus on electricity markets. PPA & Contract Expertise: You bring hands-on experience in evaluation or balancing PPAs or other energy contracts—ideally across multiple markets, technologies, or portfolios. Analytical & Structured Working Style: You work in a structured and data-driven manner, confidently analyze complex datasets, and translate findings into clear reporting and actionable insights. Energy Market Knowledge: You understand the dynamics of European energy markets, including how wholesale electricity prices are formed and which fundamental drivers influence pricing and risk. Language & Communication Skills: You communicate fluently in English and Italian, and additional European languages are a plus.
