Your main tasks: Placement of residential and commercial properties in Leinfelden-Echterdingen and Filderstadt Customer support and advice from initial inspection to conclusion of the contract Implementation of market analyses and real estate assessments to determine market prices Organisation and execution of visits and participation in the creation of professional exhibits Negotiation and conclusion of purchase contracts Cooperation with notaries, banks and authorities to ensure smooth settlement of transactions Care and development of a local network to builders, investors and other relevant actors Your profile: Successfully completed commercial training, preferably to the real estate agent (IHK) or comparable qualification First practical experience in real estate, like in the Filder region Knowledge of the local real estate market and current market trends desirable Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities, as well as high customer orientation and service Safe handling of popular real estate software and digital tools High level of reliability, trustworthiness, motivation and commitment Independent, structured and targeted mode of operation Team skills and joy in working with colleagues Class B valid driving licence Not everything yet?
