In their portfolio are both full suppliers and highly specialised specialist clinics in the field of psychosomatics, neurology, surgery or orthopaedics. The Schön Klinik Zentrale is the headquarters of our clinic group. More than 250 employees: the clinics are consulted and supported. At the closest possible time, we are looking for a syndicate law attorney (m/w/d) for corporate and economic law. Responsibility for legal advice: They are responsible for internal consultation in matters of company law and economic law Accompanying company development, in particular M&A processes: They support company development through legal support for strategic projects and M&A transactions Restructuring projects: They legally implement and/or accompany company-interested restructurings Creation of documentation: You create internal financing documentation Corporate governance: They promote the development of corporate governance in the company Advising departments: They advise the financial departments, the tax department and the management of various legal issues Direct reporting: You report directly to Group General Counsel, Ms Carolin Tetzel Coordination with external consultants: They are contact persons and savings partners for internal colleagues and external consultants and work closely with them.

Full legal person with over-average national exams (at least two exams) Multiannual professional experience in a similar postage, ideally in an economic law firm or as a syndicate attorney/ attorney Special emphasis on corporate law (including equity law and transaction law), financing law and general economic law Affinity for new technologies and legal developments Good understanding of business principles and documentation Excellent communication skills and pleasure in team work and cross-disciplinary cooperation with internal stakeholders Self-resolving work in a dynamic environment Hands-on mentality and ability to tackle legal challenges creatively Motivation for active participation in corporate development German and English skills
