System Engineer - Windows/Linux & Automation (m/f/d)

Development and implementation of automation solutions (Infrastructure-as-Code) with tools such as Ansible or Terraform as well as PowerShell and Bash scripts. Administration and support of our Windows and Linux server landscapes (including Windows Server,Debian, Devuan, Oracle Linux). Analysis of disturbances and performance optimization to ensure stable operation. Monitoring systems and applications through professional monitoring and troubleshooting. Participation in the continuous improvement of IT security through patch management, monitoring and technical guidelines. Active cooperation with IT projects and support for the introduction of new technologies. Structured documentation of systems, processes and technical solutions.

Complete training or studies in the IT field or a comparable qualification. Experience in the administration of Windows and Linux systems. Good knowledge of Active Directory, network infrastructures and server operation. Experience with automation tools such as Ansible and script languages such as Bash, PowerShell or Python. Understanding network technologies such as DNS, DHCP, VPN and firewalls. Knowledge of virtualization and container technologies, such as VMware, Docker or Kubernetes. Analytical thinking, independent working and pleasure in team work. Very good German knowledge (at least C1).
