You are responsible for the coordination of the cash register and the precious metal stock in our branch. You serve our customers by e-mail and telephone and support them reliably in everyday administrative work. Last but not least, you enrich our presence and expertise at customer events and trade fairs. Our sales and customer consulting teams are also happy about your active support – because You like to look beyond their own rim to improve cross-division cooperation.

You have successfully completed a training as Goldschmied (m/w/d) or a comparable training. A cross-entry with multi-year customer and sales experience, e.g. in the purchase and sale of gold and precious metals in banks/financial service providers or in the upmarket retail, is possible. You have well-founded knowledge of cash management and are safe to use MS Office applications. You can provide a perfect police certificate and a positive Schufa statement. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (C2 level absolutely necessary), good English skills are of advantage. You like to work in the team, apply tasks independently and structured and also keep a calm view for good, pragmatic solutions in challenging situations.
