Technical and disciplined management of the gastronomy of our café company (kitchen and service) Leadership and further development of a team of about 30 employees (training, training, feedback talks etc.) Organisation, planning and coordination of service and kitchen Cooperation and exchange with the shop and the bakery line Active cooperation and monitoring of processes and cleanliness and hygiene Planning and control of personnel use (shift plans, holiday representations etc.) Ensuring optimal guest service, first-class guest service and sales promotion Disposition and inventory (orders, control of supplies and stocks, etc.)

Complete vocational training in gastronomy, in the service or in the hotel industry (e.g. specialist for system gastronomy, hotel specialist, specialist in the hospitality industry or the like) Insufficient professional experience in gastronomy with leadership experience (e.g. cafe management, restaurant management, service management, R&B managers etc.) flowing German knowledge in word and writing, good English knowledge desirable Enforced, empathic, sovereign and committed Embossed hands-on mentality and service orientation
