IT Service Manager (m/f/d)

Control and further development of our global IT services in a multi-provider environment Primary escalation instance incl. coordination of Major Incidents Implementation of the weekly CAB meetings and evaluation and release of changes Head of Post‐Mortems, Root‐Cause Analysis and Structured Problem Investigations Creation of service reports, KPI evaluations and trend analyses Optimization of central ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB) Moderation of service and provider meetings and coordination with Logwin business areas Support for audits and contractual providers-Changes

Technical studies or comparable IT training Experience in IT Service Management, ideally in international or multi-provider setups know-how in at least one technical area (e.g. infrastructure, cloud, workplace, application operation) ITIL-Know-how (certification of advantage) Communication strength, analytical thinking, sovereign appearance in escalation Very good knowledge of German and English
