Project Manager HR/IT (m/f/d)

You support the development and implementation of an SAP HR strategy (SAP HCM, Employee Central, Success Factors etc.). You conduct (partial) projects to implement the SAP-HR strategy and further digitization topics The structured identification of IT requirements of the personnel sector as well as the implementation in projects and system implementations (including the support of tendering and award procedures) are also part of your task. The support, care and further development of existing HR IT systems as well as the professional support and implementation of release changes, system updates and service requests complement your responsibility. You act as a contact person in the HR field (key user support) for the HR IT systems used. The project coordination, including problem-solving management and the acquisition of overarching projects in the personnel sector in cooperation with the IT complete your area of responsibility.

You have completed their studies (HS/FH), for example as an economic engineer in the field of business informatics, BWL or a comparable qualification. Long-term professional experience, ideally in the personnel sector and especially in the topics of SAP, complement your profile. In addition, you have very good application knowledge in SAP HCM. Experience in the (partial) project management and project management of SAP-HR projects as well as a very good HR process know-how and secure MS-Office knowledge complete your profile.
