For our MEDIAN Klinik Bad Lobenstein we are looking for you at the next possible time as Representation Team Leaderin/ Vorarbeiterin (m/w/d).** They are firmly integrated into the team of maintenance cleaning our house, but if necessary they take over the representation of team leaders/pre-workers.

Your main tasks

• cleaning tasks:

• They have a safe view of the various cleaning tasks and ensure that all patient and office areas including kitchens, toilets and common areas shine

• The filling of supplies and everyday consumables is part of your daily business

• Compliance with health, hygiene and cleaning policies is particularly important to you in everyday clinics

• The weekend work is done on schedule

• Representation tasks:

• Responsibility for the implementation, compliance and further development of cleaning standards and hygiene concepts

• Implementation and safeguarding organizational standards

• Regular object and quality controls

• Coordination and monitoring of all operations (basic and special cleaning)

• Ensure the cost-effectiveness of your area

• Creation of schedules, holiday plans and proofs of hours

• Contact person for the client and employee

Your profile

• Complete training in the field of building cleaning or facility management desirable, but not absolutely necessary
• Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position
• Leadership experience and high social competence
• Embossed organizational and enforcement skills
• Knowledge of common hygiene standards and regulations
• Secure handling of MS Office and PC
• Commitment and high customer and solution orientation
• Very good German knowledge
