As (Senior) Manager M&A Analytics (m/w/d), you are analysing the key value drivers and opportunities and risks for planned M&A transactions for our clients - and thus contribute to sustainable decisions and successful negotiations. Guided tour: As part of the project implementation, you guide teams, improve internal processes and expand the asset portfolio, develop machine learning models and apply them. Data: You are planning and implementing data and analysis workstreams in the context of M&A projects of different sizes. Analysis: Companies evaluate, analyze business plans and work on the basis of large volumes of data using advanced methods. Risks and growth drivers: At M&A targets, you identify opportunities and risks from a financial and business perspective. Documentation: You are also involved in creating interactive dashboards and interactive chapters of the Financial Due Diligence / Financial Factbooks.

Studies in Economics or Law, Business Informatics or Industrial Engineering successfully completed Professional experience in M&A, corporate finance or auditing, ideally specific expertise in one or more industries Knowledge of analytical methods and applications ( SQL / Tableau), experience in conducting quality control processes, Alteryx, PowerBI and Qliksense are advantageous Team-oriented personality with leadership experience, high degree of autonomy, commitment, joy in complex tasks and strong communication skills readiness to travel and German and English very well in word and writing
