At the medical service Westfalen-Lippe is on 01.01.2028 the position of the Chief Executive Officer (m/d) in Münster.

The Medical Service Westfalen-Lippe is a public law corporation and the independent social medical assessment and consulting company for statutory health and care insurance. With our more than 1,300 employees at 24 locations in all Westphalia-Lippe, we work every day to enable legal insurers to access the required supply. In the course of succession, we are looking for a convincing leadership personality with entrepreneurial thinking as well as service and customer orientation. The Chairman of the Board of Management is strong in communication and ensures good cooperation with the Board of Directors and its bodies, the contracting health and care funds, supervision, other medical services, as well as employees and staff representatives at the Westfalen-Lippe Medical Service. The Executive Board chairperson has a strong social competence, a modern understanding of leadership and is able to set impulses and motivate employees to pursue demanding goals. Good strategic and analytical conceptual skills complete the profile.

Complete university studies, preferably with medical, business, legal training or comparable qualification. Influential professional experience in a leading management position. High social and strategic competence as well as leadership experience and entrepreneurial thinking. Motivational and team capacity for the responsible management of a large organisation in cooperation with the Deputy Executive Board. Flexibility and commitment to adapt to changing conditions and changes in health legislation. Experiences in the system of medical services and/or statutory health and social care insurance are advantageous.
