Professional role: You always work at eye level in close, partnership-based coordination with the relevant interfaces and team members and ensure a clear flow of information across all interfaces and into the team. The role is purely professional and does not involve disciplinary leadership. Labelling and Regulatorics: You coordinate content, strategically control all labelling activities and, as decision-makers (w/m/d), ensure that all regulatory requirements are implemented precisely and on time – from labels to instructions for use to packaging. Processes and standards: You develop and optimize labelling processes, framework specifications and SOPs and thus ensure consistent, standardised and market-specific product labelling. Content and implementation in the markets: You coordinate the creation, testing and release of all marking contents and accompany their efficient introduction to the global markets. Quality, audits and systems: You support audits, develop systems for release processes and strengthen quality and safety through clear standards and training. Development and documentation: You accompany development projects, support project participation and make an important contribution to technical documentation.

Complete study or comparable training – complemented by several years of experience in the medical device industry Solid technical understanding, knowledge of medical device law, relevant regulations, standards and quality management Knowledge of product development processes and project management Own responsibility – with a pronounced hands-on mentality Excellent organizational and analytical skills, clear communication and safe occurrence in professional consultations – in addition to reliable German and good English knowledge It is easy for you to capture complex content in a structured manner and to prepare it in a comprehensible manner Joy in understanding regulatory framework conditions and precise implementation of quality documents
