In order to strengthen our legal department, we are looking for Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in full time or part-time (min. 32 hours / week)

You support our legal team in all matters concerning the care of our existing objects and societies. A diverse and varied area of responsibility awaits you with the following priorities: Own-sponsored takeover of corporate housekeeping for all corporate companies (e.g. preparation of corporate decisions, HR applications, procurement / cancellations) independent processing of transactions from the receivable management (e.g. the creation of dunning and enforcement orders) independent processing and preparation of land register and land affairs Support of lawyers in the operational field (including appointment coordination, post office, accounting, file management) Continuous updating of contract patterns according to legal requirements Completion in judicial and extrajudicial procedures and the preparation of submissions for management

You have a commercial training or ideally an apprenticeship as a lawyer (m/w/d) or a notary worker (m/w/d) and have several years of professional experience in a legal department or firm. Knowledge of dunning and enforcement as well as experience in the field of land register and corporate housekeeping are desirable. You have experience in the construction and real estate sector or are interested in this sector and willingness to incorporate them. You have very good user knowledge in MS Office. You convince by a careful and reliable way of working. You are team-ready, communicative and engaged. Organizational and integrity complete your profile.
