We are a 4 star family-run holiday hotel on the North Sea island Spiekeroog. Our house has about 150 beds (double & single rooms, suites, apartments), a spacious wellness & SPA area, a restaurant and an Irish pub. Your precinct in our pub kitchen: uncomplicated, independent and with focus on really good burgers. You are responsible for the preparation in our Burger kitchen For an appealing presentation of our dishes, take care of consistently high standards. You work independently on your post and keep an overview even in stressful times. Planning and securing the mise-en-place on the post You reliably maintain all hygiene and cleanliness requirements according to HACCP. Experience in the kitchen is a prerequisite – ideally you have already worked in a burger/bistro cuisine and brings passion for burgers and pub cuisine with you

successfully completed cooking training incl. professional experience, first leadership experience desirable a high quality awareness and identifying with your task area Fun in your profession and interest in bringing your creativity.
