Industrial Manager (m/f/d)

You identify and prioritize focus industries, e.g. PCB and electronics industries or electroplating, based on well-founded market analyses. You develop data-based industry strategies, business cases and decision templates for management and implement concrete measures for sustainable business development. The development of sales-enablement concepts as well as the support of the global sales organization in positioning in target industries are part of your responsibility. The development, analysis and documentation of industry knowledge as well as the observation of market, customer and competitive trends are also within your task. To strengthen the market position, you maintain an international industry network and work closely with the branches, specialist bodies and relevant stakeholders. You provide your industry knowledge through industry-specific training to employees in the parent company as well as in international branches.

Expertise: You have a successfully completed technical, scientific or business studies – ideally related to industrial products in need of explanation. Passion: You are thrilled with topics such as industrial and industry management, technical sales, product management or business development and have already gained several years of professional experience with B2B products, ideally in measuring technology. Trust & Liability: It is easy to translate customer needs and applications into concrete solutions and portfolio requirements through well-founded experience with relevant industries and market drivers. Listening & Understanding: Through very good communication and presentation skills in German and English as well as international readiness (20 %), you are a competent contact person (m/w/d) for our sales companies. Estimate & Respect: Embossed analytical thinking and a structured, conceptual way of working support you in developing new concepts and strategies.
