Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) / Master of Laws (LL.M.) / Diplom-Jurist for the Insolvency Settlement of Natural Persons (m/f/d)

Communication & Coordination: Central contact for debtors and other parties to the proceedings; direct exchange with all parties involved in the procedure and ensuring a flow of friction information. Tasks: From consumer insolvency proceedings to business operations of self-employed individual entrepreneurs and estate insolvency proceedings. Reporting: preparation of routine fonts and preparation of opinions, interim and final reports and opinions for the court. Legal Analysis & Enforcement: Pre-examination and assessment of complex issues of different jurisdictions along with the insolvency administrator. Mass generation & recovery: processing of Pfändbaren- und Pfändungschutzfragen; Support in the execution, administration and recovery of burdensome and unloaded assets of the debtor. Contract design & settlement: creation and pre-examination of contracts or recovery agreements.

Qualification: Successfully completed legal studies (LLL.B., LL.M. or Diplom-Jurist). Operation: Own responsibility, structured and solution-oriented – you also keep an overview in complex procedures. Communication: Safe, precise and addressable – in writing and oral. Technical knowledge: Insolvency prior knowledge is welcome, but not necessarily necessary – you will be brought into practice on the job. Social Skills: Cooperative and open to collegial exchange as well as dedicated and value-adding in handling.
