As an operational manager/master for the area of smoke and heat extraction systems, you are responsible for the management and further development of your technician team. Together with your colleagues around our stand in Nuremberg, you provide reliable fire protection and protect people, animals and the environment.

In your role, you are responsible for the operation of maintenance and assembly orders. This will lead to the project management of the rehabilitation and modernization of our smoke and heat extraction systems, light domes and light bands. They take over the technical and commercial leadership of our technician team. Together with the internal service team, you coordinate the technical operations. In this course, you will determine possible needs of additional employees. The search for new employees, the conduct of interviews and the meeting of the recruitment decision and the incorporation of new colleagues are also within your competence. They actively promote the further development of your technician team in the areas of quality, know-how, sales and earnings. They work closely with colleagues in sales and internal services and manage possible follow-up transactions.

Technical vocational training with further training as a master (e.g. in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or pneumatics) or commercial vocational training with technological experience (e.g. in the field of building maintenance, facility or fire protection service) Multiannual professional experience, ideally in a service and customer service organization with leadership Knowledge of fire protection systems is advantageous Self­employed, struc­tured and targeted working methods Convergence and transposition With MS Office and ideal SAP skills Team spirit and communication skills High performance and flexibility Occasionally readiness to travel within the region of South (Germany and parts of Baden-Württemberg)
