Become part of our team and support us as a technical facility manager (m/w/d) in ensuring a safe and sustainable operation of our technical building infrastructure. Your tasks at a glance: Technical building management: You ensure the smooth operation of our technical building infrastructure and coordinate maintenance, testing and maintenance measures. Service provider control: You commission, coordinate and monitor external specialist companies and service providers and ensure compliance with dates, quality and costs. Test and action management: You coordinate statutory audits, track identified shortcomings and ensure the implementation of necessary measures. Disruption management: You support the analysis of technical disorders, coordinate the elimination with internal and external partners and ensure a sustainable follow-up. Documentation & Compliance: You document technical measures and contribute to compliance with legal, technical and internal requirements. Technical support: Smaller technical activities take care of yourself, while more extensive repairs are carried out by internal specialists or external service providers.

That’s what you’re bringing to – Organizational Designer meets Technical Understanding (m/w/d), mechatronics engineer (m/w/d), technician (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d), alternatively a comparable qualification (First) experience in technical facility management, building management or in the supervision of technical facilities Basic understanding of technical building equipment and maintenance, testing and maintenance processes

Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Safe handling of digital documentation and office applications as well as good German knowledge in word and writing for secure communication in everyday work
