For the German market, a decentralized team operates from various locations, including Markkleeberg (near Leipzig), Teuchern, Hamburg, Potsdam, Wiesbaden and Hanover, as well as from the headquarters in Copenhagen.

Your new role – at a glance

You will be part of our growing finance team in Germany, which consists of experienced accountants:inside and controllers. Your workplace is located in Markkleeberg/Leipzig or Teuchern – you have the choice. At the same time, you are closely involved in our international financial controlling team. This is how you actively shape cooperation across borders.

Location: Leipzig/Markkleeberg or Teuchern. Business trips to our headquarters in Denmark are occasionally necessary.

Your tasks

• You take responsibility for the financial controlling of a fixed portfolio of German companies – from analysis to control.
• In close coordination with the Accounting team, you will start monthly and quarterly reporting and accompany the processes of consolidated group consolidation according to IFRS.
• You make sure that all relevant documents are complete, correct and audit-proof – and always keeps an overview.
• You coordinate cooperation with external partners, including auditors, service providers and other stakeholders, and tax them efficiently.
• You actively contribute to annual budget planning and forecasts – including project-related billing, sales analysis and management reports.
• You analyze existing controlling processes and continuously develop them, with a clear focus on efficiency and automation.
• You accompany M&A and sales transactions and support the financial due diligence for your portfolio.

Your profile

• Complete study in the field of Business Administration / Business Administration, Finance or a related subject
• At least 2 years of professional experience in corporate accounting or controlling
• Knowledge of international accounting according to IFRS and national accounting according to HGB
• Experience in handling Navision/Business Central
• Advanced Excel knowledge and safe handling of business intelligence tools
• Flowing German and English skills

With your strong communication strength, you build trusted relationships with internal teams as well as external partners – thus ensuring effective, smooth cooperation at eye level.
