Invoicing Manager (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the accounting department. The correct, timely and efficient handling of all forwarding invoices is your responsibility. You support your team in day-to-day business, promote personal development and actively shape change processes. Together with your team and adjacent departments, you will continuously analyze and optimize existing processes. You are actively involved in projects for digitalization and automation. Relevant KPIs always keep you in mind and derive optimization potentials. You ensure a structured and high-quality complaint processing. You support monthly and annual accounts and prepare them carefully.

You have a completed degree in business management or a comparable qualification. You bring well-founded professional experience in accounting or billing. Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially in Excel, we presume. You have good English skills in word and writing. Digitalization and new technologies in accounting are open to you. A pronounced analytical mindset as well as a high numerical understanding are your strengths. Team skills, communication strength and a structured working method round off your profile.
