In conjunction with the Comprehensive Cancer Center Tübingen-Stuttgart (CCC-TS), the Comprehensive Cancer Center Ulm (CCCU) strengthens the supply of cancer patients in Baden-Württemberg as a CCC-SüdWest. The CCC-SüdWest is an oncological center of the German Cancer Aid awarded and funded by 14 in Germany and is based on the long-term promotion of the CCCU as a single-site centre. In addition, the CCCU partner site of the NCT SouthWest is one of the four new sites of the National Center for Tumor Diseases (NCT). Further information on CCCU can be found at www.ccc-ulm.de.

In order to develop modern and safe medicines and therapies for patients with haematological and oncological diseases, in addition to innovative preclinical research, intensive clinical trials are required. These clinical studies mean, in addition to intensive monitoring and care of patients, an essential medical documentation in which we are looking for your support for further development of our team.

The body must first be filled in full time for two years. Further employment following the deadline is provided.

Planning and coordination of patient visas Contact person for patients (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d), doctors (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d), sponsors and CROs as well as internal departments Collection and documentation of study-relevant data in German and English Self-employed organisational implementation of the study protocols (e.g. creation of questionnaires), if necessary Laboratory removal, ECG writing, sample processing Rehearsal shipment to special laboratories as part of clinical trials Care of study documents and patient records Preparation and monitoring of study initiations, monitor visions, audits and authority inspections Participation in quality assurance and quality management through the development and implementation of processes to improve the study processes

Completed training for medical documentaries (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d), for medical documentation assistants (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) or for medical professionals with further education Professional experience in clinical trials/register studies Good knowledge of English Knowledge of medical terminology Knowledge of the legal basis in clinical trials and good clinical practice (GCP) Safe handling of standard EDV (MS-Office) Self-employed, responsible working and high level of learning Communication, team and organizational capability Interest and enthusiasm for medical science
