The clinic is situated in front of picturesque mountain scenery in south-eastern Bavaria, on the edge of the Berchtesgaden National Park. The specialized services of hospital treatment as well as for rehabilitation and prevention can be experienced both inpatient and outpatient patients. The Schön Klinik Berchtesgadener Land has 325 beds, busy approx. 280 employees and treats around 3,400 patients per year. For our team we are looking for a senior physician (m/w/d) for the specialist centre of psychosomatics in full or part time Heading and leadership of a team consisting of psychologists, station doctors, co-rapists and medical assistants Supervisions of psychotherapeutic and somatic treatments carried out by the team members, including regular visits and team meetings Conducting weekly interdisciplinary team meetings of all specialist therapies involved in the treatment, such as ergo, sports, social therapy, nutritional advice, body and design therapy Medical and psychotherapeutic care of patients, accompanied by medical assistants, according to current treatment guidelines Regular implementation of supervisions in small group setting for employees in psychotherapeutic training Regular participation in the specialist background service for the Department of Psychosomatics Implementation and regular visits of in-house continuing and continuing training as well as Journal Club
