HR Generalist / Focus on Recruiting & Training (m/f/d)

To strengthen our HR team at the Ostrhauderfehn site we are looking for:

Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Control and further development of the entire recruiting process for specialist and junior staff holistic care of our trainees – from planning to further development, taking into account all legal requirements Support in HR administration (recreation of work contracts, certificates, maintenance of personnel master files) Communication and cooperation with health insurance companies, authorities, social security institutions, vocational schools and chambers Participation in the preparation and implementation of the payroll

Completed training or studies in the field of staff or a comparable qualification Valid trainer certificate (AdA-Schein) Practical experience in recruiting as well as experience in dealing with applicant management systems Experience in the coordination and supervision of trainees taking into account legal requirements Knowledge of labour law, pay tax and social security law First experience with pay billing systems of advantage Structured, independent working as well as high communication strength and team capacity
