Support for the acquisition and selection of participants Support for the training organisation Helping participants in the career choice Career orientation in the group and preparation of application documents Fachkunde zur Berufspreparation in various professional fields switching key competencies, such as self-employment, team skills and reliability Documentation of participant development Search for internships, training places Accompanying participants and support during the internship phases

Completed vocational training and training according to AEVO Training for coach or teaching experience desirable Experience in supporting immigrants in integration in the German labour market desirable Knowledge of regional training and labour market desirable Intercultural competence desirable MS Office knowledge
