Quality Management Officer / QMB (m/f/d)

As part of a succession, we are looking for you: you have the central responsibility for our existing quality management system and develop it consistently with the specialist areas. You ensure that quality-relevant processes are reliably implemented, documented and maintained in the daily business. You work closely with internal interfaces as well as external test instances, authorities and customers. Description As a production company within the Sumitomo Electric Group, we are ISO 9001 certified and have been very successful since 1999. You maintain this certification and develop it in the direction of IATF or aviation, depending on the requirements of Japan. Our sister company: SEI Interconnect Products (Europe) Ltd, is our trading company and German Branch also located in the same building. As QMB, you will also be responsible for maintaining ISO 9001 and EN9120 QMS. In order to create these tasks, there is currently a colleague who actively supports this. Maintenance of QM systems according to ISO 9001:2015 and EN9120:2018 Collection, analysis and reporting of quality indicators Complaint management in accordance with 8D logic (internal/external), processing and management of internal cause analysis, as well as the development and introduction of appropriate emergency measures and long-term preventive measures Implementation of internal audits including appropriate action tracking Main responsibility and main contact partner for external quality and customer audits Support for UL/CSA/VG audits and QMS representatives during these audits Documentation of internal standard processes

Continuing training on the Quality Management Officer (QMB), continuing training on the internal auditor Knowledge / experience. EN9100/9120 completed commercial or technical training Impressed communication skills and the ability to develop business relationships with different cultures at different levels well-founded knowledge in common MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook independent, structured and targeted mode of operation good knowledge of English in word and writing, High level of responsibility, ability to work independently, care and team skills Experience Experiences in ISO 9100, ideally 9100 or 9120 desirable, knowledge from quality assurance are advantageous.
