Construction Technician with a focus on Construction Planning and Coordination (a*)

You plan, execute and monitor construction and rehabilitation measures. You agree with the authorities and external planners. In addition, you control compliance with all relevant building regulations and requirements. You trigger construction services, take them off and reckon them. You carry out warranty tracking independently. In addition, you participate in the creation of performance directories and support in the award of construction services. Check and coordinate security measures. You tune maintenance strategies and measures. You also assemble the building documentation, check it and archive it.

You are a state-tested engineer. You will bring several years of professional experience in the building industry. Knowledge of network systems is desirable. You have acquired knowledge and experience in building and contract law. Your enforcing power, your healthy judgment, and your safe, friendly appearance are yours. You are team- and communication-ready and show a high level of commitment and flexibility. In addition, you are able to work at heights (e crash risk). You own a class B license.
