For our Department of Business Engineering, we are looking for a full-time manager (w/m/d) Your tasks - You can look forward to this Special responsibility: You bear the technical responsibility for the field of operating technology and support the technical management in all relevant topics. Operator tasks: You take over all operator tasks in the field of operating technology and ensure the execution of all maintenance measures. Documentation & Software: You ensure the full use of the CAFM software and ensure legal documentation as well as control work tracking. Staff & requirements: You cooperate in personnel development and reliably implement internal and external requirements. Contract & Quality Management: You take over the contract and after-contractor management and control the quality assurance in the field of operating technology. Other tasks: You participate in the willingness to call, cooperate in energy management and support the preparation, participation and follow-up of audits.

You have a completed training as an electric master, master energy and building technology or master electrical engineering (w/m/d) and bring several years of professional experience, ideally also leadership experience. You have a sound knowledge of the relevant rules and apply them safely. You analyse technical challenges independently and develop practical solutions. You have good computer knowledge, for example in MS-Office, and may have Experience with CAFM software. You are characterized by commitment, team capacity and service orientation and are ready to participate in further and further training. You have a class B licence.
