The KiTa The Colorful House has been a model for inclusion for decades. It offers places for 24 integration skiers and 86 “regulatory children” from one year to the school entrance. We encourage each child so that it can develop according to his possibilities.

Our well-equipped facility impresses with a very personal atmosphere, which is supported by small groups with 10-15 children. Our employees are very committed and personally responsible for the promotion, support and education of the children entrusted to us.

Your working priorities:

· competent specialist for children in an integration group with 15 children

· Educational tasks:

o Creating binding possibilities

o diverse and creative promotion of perception areas

o Encourage communication and social experiences

o appreciation of individual personality

o Promoting cognitive skills, self-employment and life-structural skills

o Development promotion in the fields of movement, perception, creativity, cultural techniques, language, natural science, conflict resolution

o Children's participation

· Careful tasks

· organizational tasks:

o Documentation of development processes

o Documentation

· Parent work

· Networking with therapists and external professionals

**A dedicated, team-enabled and sensitive person. We require a high degree of expertise and social competence. You will also bring:

· responsible and loving handling of children

· open and partnership cooperation with parents

· collegial work in the team

· Interest in religious educational content

· Knowledge of documentation

· good knowledge of development and education processes in early childhood are desirable.
