Assistant & Services Clerk (part-time 20–25 hrs/week) (m/f/d)

Your tasks – here you will show what you can You're the friendly face on the phone and the first voice for our callers. You organize conferences, trainings and workshops – including hotel bookings and travel bookings – and make sure everything runs smoothly. You bring structure into our office processes and keep the team together organizationally. The post-processing (in and out) is in your best hands. You'll support us in the day-to-day business and grab where someone needs back reinforcement.
