Organisation and coordination of the construction site: independent planning, control and coordination of all construction sites in close cooperation with the construction management. Construction: Active cooperation in the construction of pipe and earth pipes (gas, electricity, water, telephone, glass fibre) and in the production of surfaces that are suitable for professional use. Construction site and resource use: installation, security and rooms of the construction site as well as planning and coordination of material and equipment use. Staff management at the construction site: Strong leadership, motivation and guidance of the construction site staff (Kolonne) including the incorporation of new team members. Measurement and documentation: preparation and execution of surveying and contagion work as well as production and maintenance of construction site documentation (construction site diary, dimensions, masses and quantities). Quality control and deficiencies management: monitoring of work performance, ensuring quality standards as well as early detection and elimination of defects. Work, environmental and health protection: implementation and monitoring of all applicable safety, environmental and health guidelines at the construction site. Material and equipment procurement: Responsibility for the timely procurement and provision of materials and equipment in coordination with the construction management. Accounting and proofing: support in performance accounting and production of scales, acceptance logs and accounting documents.

Professional qualification: Complete training in civil engineering or a comparable construction profession, ideally complemented by a further education or practical experience as a foreman, polisher or manhole master. Professional experience: Multiannual practical experience in civil engineering is desirable and advantageous for the successful practice of activity. Personal competencies: High level of self-initiative, enforcement capacity and strong team and communication skills. Expertise and safety: knowledge of the current technologies and processes of civil engineering and in the areas of occupational safety. Mobility: Ownership of a class B driving licence is desirable and facilitates use on changing construction sites. Language knowledge: Secure German for communication at construction site, at least at level C2, ideally beyond.
