Discipline and professional leadership & development of the team consisting of Category Managers, CRQA staff, Category Specialists and Buying Administrators Main responsibility for the successful operational and strategic management of the group of goods assigned to it in relation to defined KPIs and objectives in coordination with the CDH Implementation and application of international category management & procurement-focused market analyses Responsibility for market-oriented, international assortment design and analysis and implementation of necessary specification changes Control, responsibility and implementation of international purchasing negotiations for the defined product group Building and continuous optimization of an international supplier portfolio, as well as strategic supplier management Leading responsibility and professional support for corporate and/or cross-sector projects Strategic partner for the respective category management units of the countries through regular on-site appointments Strategic and multifunctional cooperation with all internal and external stakeholders

Graduate in Economics 8-10 years of experience in purchasing, sales, CM in retail/industry Good network in trade and the FMCG industry Very good knowledge of LEH in Europe Very good English knowledge, at least. C1 Experience in leadership of employees and teams Very well-defined negotiation experience GS1 certification desirable
