You actively support customer advisers:in the hotline with a focus on the life insurance business for private customers:inside and in-house pensions You are a contact person for the external service specialist:inside in the private and occupational pension counselling You process legal and technical contractual matters in a case-by-case manner up to the handling of direct customers: You take administrative tasks like sales controlling

You have a successfully completed training as a merchant/wife for insurance and finance, bank merchant/wife or a comparable qualification You have knowledge of the products of the occupational pension schemes and life insurance of the Sparkassen financial group You bring a strong service, sales strength and a high interest in digital working with You have very good communicative and analytical skills as well as self-initiative and self-organization
