Your Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development: You assume both the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team members, support their development, and create a high-performing, trust-based work environment. Operational Management of Data Center Operations: You are responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our daily deployment, storage, and shipping processes and for detecting productivity, quality, and safety targets. Resource & Capacity Planning: You proactively plan incoming and outgoing volumes, deploy personnel and equipment efficient, and optimize continuous space and capacity utilization. Process Management & Continuous Improvement: By detecting KPIs, conducting root-cause analytics, and deriving actionable measures, you optimizations and foster a lean and continuous improvement mindset within the team. Stakeholder Management & Reporting: You maintain close communication with customers, internal interfaces, and management, develop and maintain meaningful dashboards, and ensure compliance with SLAs, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

Your Profile Professional Experience in Logistics/Data Center Operations: You bring solid experience in managing logistics or data center-related processes, including deployment, warehousing, and shipping operations. Leadership Skills: You have proven experience in leading teams, demonstrates strong communication skills, make confident decisions, and support employee development. Systems & Process Knowledge: You possess sound knowledge of WMS systems, SAP, and standard logistics processes within a contract logistics environment. Language Skills: Very good German and very good English skills are mandatory. Personal Competencies: You work in a structured, customer-oriented, and responsible manner. You enjoy optimizing processes, driving change, and setting clear priorities in a dynamic environment.
