Job Description

Are you looking for an exciting activity in food production? As a helper - food production (m/w/d), you are involved in the heart of production and supported in the production of high-quality food. With little to no previous experience, you can acquire valuable knowledge and experience the processes of the production chain close to the skin. Your daily work is crucial to ensuring that our products reach our customers in perfect condition.

• You will operate and monitor machines to ensure a smooth production process.
• You support the packaging and labelling of food products.
• You care for cleanliness and order in the work area according to hygiene standards.
• You carry out quality controls and pay attention to compliance with prescribed standards.
• You document production processes to optimize the processes.

Job requirements

To be successful as a helper in food production, you need not only interest in food production, but also certain skills and conditions. This job offer is aimed at motivated professionals or applicants with up to three years of experience.

• You are motivated and willing to learn new things.
• Ideally, you already have first experience in production, but this is not absolutely necessary.
• You're ready for shiftwork.
• You like to work in the team and can quickly adjust yourself in a fast working environment.
• You have a high degree of care and attention.
• You are fully resilient and flexible in order to be able to perform shiftwork.
