Project execution: As a technical manager, you conduct the entire implementation of our major projects in the field of electrical engineering at the Essen site with a team of approx. 35 employees and are central contact persons for all technical and organizational matters. Leadership: You actively support the senior project managers and project managers of the branch, promote their further development and ensure an efficient team structure. Cost management: You take responsibility for the cost management and capacity planning of our projects in the fields of low-current and high-power technology. Interdisciplinary project management: We develop many of our projects as a technical general contractor. Therefore, you work closely with our specialist departments for heating, ventilation, sanitation (HLS) as well as measurement, control and control technology (MSR) and ensure smooth cross-sector coordination. Process optimization: As a technical manager, you promote the expansion of the performance portfolio and drive the process optimization and further development of the site.

Professional experience: You have several years of experience in managing and managing complex projects in the field of electrical engineering and are happy to take responsibility for technology, organization and results.
