We are looking for a dedicated manufacturing manager in electrical plant engineering (w/m/d) for our customers, who is advancing customer-specific projects with technical know-how and with a strong team in the back. Description You will guide a team of up to 45 employees in the fields of mechanics, electrical assembly and final inspection - and ensure smooth processes and motivated colleagues. You are responsible for personnel planning and personnel development and are a key player for your team.

You optimise processes, manufacturing processes and structures - with the aim of making our production even more efficient and transparent.

You are developing production planning strategically and introducing new impulses for digitalization.

You ensure compliance with all safety, environmental and quality standards.

You support business and division management with key figures, production analyses and investment recommendations.

You use modern methods such as LEAN, 5S or CVP and actively contribute to continuous improvement.

You work with purchasing, work preparation and quality assurance across the range and see the entire value chain.

Completed electrotechnical training with further training to the state-tested technician Multiannual professional experience in the production management of customer-specific solutions (ideally switchgear production) Experience in the design, planning and realization of manufacturing processes Competence in the area of shop-floor, lean management, change and claim management leadership experience, pronounced communication strength and hands on mentality
