Back office area

Supporting and deputy activities in the absence of the restaurant management in: Placement of guests Classification of stations Distribution of tasks to employees Control of goods and orders Implementation of inventory Working, training and instruction (new) employees Write and online the current menu Contact person for the kitchen line Adjustment of the schedules in case of failures, medical messages or altered utilisation

a completed vocational training in hotel or restaurant multi-year professional experience in the hotel industry Ability to independently organize your department Service readiness & great interest in a team-oriented way Passion for systemic, hospitable work & attention to detail a communicative, motivated & committed personality
