Praktikum HR Systems & Processes (w/m/d)

Actively advance the development of PwC Germany in our diverse teams! For our Business Services business, we are looking for you as an intern HR Systems & Processes (w/m/d).

Application area – In our Systems & Processes team, you support the support, optimization, automation and documentation of our HR processes and HR systems. Project work – You are actively working on future-oriented projects for the automation of HR processes, providing data visually and starting decision-making bases for management. Analytics – You accompany the creation and analysis of dashboards and reports on performance measurement and decision support. Quality Management – Together with us, you develop processes that continuously advance our data quality and create clear documentation to ensure a uniform functioning. In addition, you support the control and compliance of data protection regulations and work on the introduction of new data protection measures.

You are studying economics, human resources management, business informatics or a comparable course of studies at least in the third semester, or you are in the Gap Year between Bachelor and Master.

You are interested in the topics of talent acquisition as well as recruiting processes and ideally bringing together the first practical experience through internships, work students' activities or project work.

You are interested in modern data analysis, system and data landscapes, automation or application of AI in the HR sector.

Ideally, you have already gained first experience with automation tools or HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.

You have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing.

A strong solution orientation as well as a proactive way of working allow you to deal quickly and effectively with challenges and to successfully participate in our agile projects.

You want to support us in your internship for a period of at least 6 months.
