Application area – In our Systems & Processes team, you support the support, optimization, automation and documentation of our HR processes and HR systems. Project work – You are actively working on future-oriented projects for the automation of HR processes, providing data visually and starting decision-making bases for management. Analytics – You accompany the creation and analysis of dashboards and reports on performance measurement and decision support. Quality Management – Together with us, you develop processes that continuously advance our data quality and create clear documentation to ensure a uniform functioning.
