Inside Sales Assistant

You receive customer requests and orders (70% Germany, 30% Switzerland and the EU) and efficiently handle them: from ordering to order processing to delivery preparation / customs formalities You like to communicate with our customers in German and English and to advise them You conduct administrative work and keep internal consultation with the Purchasing and Logistics departments on delivery dates and availability of goods You take care of the correspondence with customers and the field service You support the preparation of courses or events and other marketing measures

Successfully completed business studies or commercial training Ideally professional experience in sales services or export Working with Microsoft Office is easy for you, customizing you, serial letters and complicated Excel lists are not a problem for you You are strong in communication, have pleasure in calling and dealing with customers You can speak German safely and in English you can communicate You are a team player and ready to jump when your colleagues need you If you still lack the required English skills, we will help you learn these skills on the job.
