They develop and monitor strategies for the efficient use and management of buildings in strategic facility management. Ensure compliance with legal regulations, optimize costs and support construction projects They control daily operation and ensure the functionality of building systems in operational building management. In addition, organize maintenance, inspections and necessary repairs They lead a facility team, create deployment plans and promote motivation as well as team work. In addition, you organize training and support the achievement of goals They monitor the facility budget, control expenditure and identify savings potential. Check and approve invoices of external service providers They ensure compliance with legal requirements, implement security policies and organize inspections and emergency exercises They work with internal departments and external partners:inside, coordinate moves and create reports for management

You have completed training or studies in Facility Management, Building Technology, Real Estate Management, Engineering or Similar They have multi-year experience in facility management, ideally with personnel responsibility They have sound knowledge of building technology, in particular HVAC, electrical systems and fire protection You have experience in working with external service providers and suppliers You are safe to handle legal requirements in the workplace protection and building management They have strong leadership and communication skills as well as organizational talent They think analytically and have problem-solving competence with high self-initiative You have experience with facility management software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) You have knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainable building management, which is advantageous
