Senior Building Technician Project Manager HLS (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, HAPEKO, the personnel consulting for specialists and executives, is looking for a senior house technician (w/m/d) project manager HLS in stockbuilding in a permanent position.

Our client is a regionally rooted apartment provider based in Potsdam and maintains a growing stock of residential properties in different districts. The focus is on economic and sustainable management in order to ensure that housing remains available in the long term at fair conditions. The technical sector is responsible for the maintenance and further development of the industrial plants, in particular in the supply of arms and in modernization and maintenance projects. The position is located in the context of project management and works closely with internal interfaces as well as external planners and specialist companies. A start is scheduled for 11.03.2026.

Support and further development of the building facilities in stock with a focus on heating, ventilation and sanitation, in particular in the remote control system Accompanying TGA measures from the need to complain about planning and tendering up to implementation and acceptance, including deadline, cost and quality assurance control and coordination of external planning services and executives; Ensuring smooth running at the interfaces to internal areas Participation in the creation, testing and further writing of technical drawings, schemes and plant documentation as well as maintenance of revision documents contact person for technical questions in the project and operating environment; Support for impact analyses and derivation of sustainable improvement measures Pruefung of services and invoices, participation in award cases and documentation of project results for ongoing operation

completed vocational training in the field of HLS/SHK, e.g. plant mechanic SHK, plant engineer, or a further training as master/technician; Alternatively, a study of the technical building Professional experience in building technology/house technology, ideally in the planning and supervision of plant engineering TGA's trade-scattering and safe handling of technical documentation, plaenes and interfaces to electrical engineering and construction Powerfulness, projects and construction services to be committed and reliable to manage, with a good view of quality, costs, dates and legal frameworks Communication and team capability in dealing with internal contacts, external planners and specialist companies as well as a binding, professional occurrence Efficient, structured and independent operation with pragmatic orientation
