As Customer Success Manager AI & E-Commerce (m/w/d), you will accompany leading e-commerce companies in the introduction and successful use of our AI platform Conversionmaker.ai. You will become the central contact for our customers and help them make their content processes more efficient, faster and more successful. You accompany leading e-commerce companies in the introduction of our AI platform You set individual AI workflows together with our customers for automated production of product texts and images You build and optimierst prompts for high-quality results You analyze the content quality and develop optimization potentials together with the customer You carry out onboarding, workshops and training You work closely with product management and development and bring customer feedback directly into the further development of our platform You help our customers use the full potential of generic AI for their business

You like working with customers and can explain complex topics in a comprehensible way You already have experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Project Management or Account Management You already use ChatGPT, Claude or comparable AI tools regularly You have a good understanding of prompting or want to further develop in this area You work structured and keep track of multiple projects Ideally you know e-commerce or have already worked with SaaS products The German and English languages are fluent in word and writing Training or study round your profile
