We rely on you: They are integrated into customer projects from the outset and act as a central contact for quality issues You check and evaluate the compliance of process development, process implementation and process validation with internal standards and external regulatory requirements They ensure quality oversight in production, logistics and laboratory areas and ensure compliance with the highest quality standards You evaluate and coordinate change control processes You check the Process Development Specifications, Process Risk Analysis, and other development and production documents As part of an interdisciplinary team, they conduct Cause Analysis, carry out risk assessments, resolve Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to avoid errors and take over customer communication in terms of results and measures taken They organize and conduct training for production staff to quality processes They actively participate in customer and government audits and contribute to successful implementation They support the Qualified Person in batch release How to complete our team: With your completed scientific or engineering studies in the field of Pharmacy, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Life Science, (Bio-) Verfahrenstechnik or comparable degree programme Ideally with your multi-year professional experience in aseptic/pharmaceutical manufacturing processes or in GMP-regulated environment High quality awareness to meet our high quality objectives Your very good English skills With your strong communication and team skills With your good knowledge of German (min. B2-Level) so that you can document your work optimally and communicate with everyone in the team.
