Project Manager Customer Implementations Logistics (m/f/d)

As a project manager for customer implementations Logistics (m/w/x) you control national and international customer and logistics projects from planning to successful completion. You work with interdisciplinary teams, team up stakeholders at all levels and ensure that sustainable solutions are developed from complex requirements. Whether the implementation of new customer operations, the commissioning of new logistics locations or the further development of existing processes: You play a central role in the successful implementation of demanding customer projects. Are you on it? Project management: You control national and international logistics projects along our project management standards and ensure the successful implementation of customer and process solutions. Implementation of customer solutions: You will accompany the introduction of new customer business and logistic solutions from planning to testing and go-live to the successful handover to operating operations and accompany our customers throughout the entire implementation process. Coordination of interdisciplinary teams: You work closely with different disciplines, coordinate project activities and ensure transparency about progress, risks and open topics. Stakeholder and Escalation Management: You are a contact person:in for our customers, departments and other project participants, coordinates and assists in finding solutions in challenging project situations. Project controlling and reporting: You establish efficient project structures, follow measures consistently and ensure compliance with milestones, schedules and project objectives. You will also provide meaningful status reports for relevant stakeholders.

Experience in project management: You have relevant professional experience in project management and have already accompanied or controlled projects or subprojects independently. Industry knowledge: Ideally you have experience in contract logistics, supply chain management, e-commerce or a comparable environment. Methodology competence: You know common project management methods and work structured, organized and solution-oriented. Knowledge of relevant project management standards and certifications are advantageous. Language knowledge: You can communicate safely in German and English in word and writing and enjoy moving in an international environment. Personal strengths: You convince by communication strength, self-initiative and organisational skills. Bringing different interests together, taking responsibility and consistently promoting issues is one of your strengths.
