These include the strategic responsibility and control of purchasing measures, ensuring the availability of materials and services and their efficient and economic procurement. Shopping in the NordWestLink project or SuedWestLink addresses all the needs of the projects, agrees with the stakeholders, develops procurement strategies, plans for tenders and conducts them. They create market information and analysis, develop procurement strategies and create call schedules for complex and high-volume projects They develop tender documents in close cooperation with stakeholders in the project They control and develop complex and high-volume tenders as well as negotiations, focusing on planning, service and construction services They are responsible for the purchase-side support of stakeholders in the project and project partners as well as for supplier discussions They are responsible for the evaluation, presentation and presentation of reports and results in relevant bodies They support the purchase-to-pay process and are responsible for managing and coordinating external service providers. They are responsible for maintaining the specified time, cost and quality objectives

They have a degree (uni, FH, DH), ideally in BWL, industrial engineering, economic law or civil engineering, and have many years of experience in (project) purchasing with the focus on planning, service and construction services. They have already planned, implemented and negotiated complex and large-volume tenders according to SektVO and VOB. They have knowledge in the BGB and in the HOAI as well as practical insights into contract management, in Cost+ and FIDIC contracts. They are familiar with agile working models and are fit in handling SAP S/4HANA, MS Office and AVA platforms. They master the English language in word and writing very well. They convince with a targeted and cooperative working style as well as the ability to develop complex relationships compactly. They are a motivated, ambitious and self-confident team player with a strong initiative and are happy to work in interdisciplinary teams.
