As a support force (m/w/d), you accompany our residents in everyday life and contribute to creating structure, orientation and quality of life. You work reliably, empathically and in close cooperation with care and other disciplines. Framework conditions: Hours: part-time with 20 hours per week. Place of use: Hahne Residenz „Haus der Ruhe“, Garbsen. Working hours: Monday to Friday in early services or late services between 7:30 and 16:30. Operations on each second Saturday only in early service. Payment: For a weekly working time of 20 hours, the monthly gross salary is €1,666.92. Your tasks: Everyday entertainment: support for residents in everyday activities, day structuring and accompaniment during walks and events. Care offers: planning and implementation of individual offers and group offers to promote quality of life, activation and employment. Social participation: promotion of conversations, contacts and community activities; sensitive care especially of people with dementia. Observation & Collaboration: Perception of the habitation of the residents and close coordination with the care team for the best possible care. That's what you bring: Qualification: Approved qualification as a care force according to § 43b / 53c SGB XI is absolutely necessary. Experience: Ideally first experience in the care of people with dementia. Personality: empathy, patience and value-awareness. Operation: Reliable, structured and responsible. Team skills: joy of cooperation and respectful cooperation.
